HallUp is a connection and request-tracking service for adults in university communities. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms.
HallUp does not process, hold, confirm, guarantee, or refund payments. Students and providers communicate through WhatsApp and arrange MoMo or in-person payments directly. Verify the recipient, listing, price, and property or goods before sending money.
A HallUp verification badge means HallUp checked the submitted provider and WhatsApp number using its pilot review process. It is not a guarantee of availability, quality, safety, licensing, ownership, or transaction outcome. Providers must keep listings accurate and must not misrepresent prices, availability, identity, or facilities.
Users may not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, adult, discriminatory, or deceptive goods. Marketplace sellers are not verified providers unless explicitly identified as such. Meet in a safe public place and inspect goods before payment.
Do not harass users, send spam, impersonate another person, manipulate requests, or misuse personal information. HallUp may suspend accounts or listings during investigation and may preserve or disclose information when legally required.
The pilot is provided on an as-available basis and may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, HallUp is not responsible for direct arrangements, payments, property condition, food quality, delivery, marketplace goods, or WhatsApp conversations between users.
Report suspicious listings, unsafe conduct, or account issues to Hallup@apakan.io. For immediate danger or suspected crime, contact the appropriate local authorities or campus security.
